When the value in Col-0, nrt2.4 or D-value column is greater than 1 or less than −1, it indicates a significant effect. Conversely, a value within the range of (−1, 1) suggests no significant effect. The direction of the arrows is determined by the D-value. Specifically, upward arrows indicate the promoting impact of AtNRT2.4 on root development or gene expression, whereas downward arrows denote the inhibitory effect
